Sanjeev Chadha, was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in the year 1985. He has an experience of over 38 years in areas such as Statutory Audit, Internal Audits, Direct and Indirect Taxes including VAT and Sales Tax,GST, Accounting, Company law, Service Tax and FEMA Matters.
He is directly handling key accounts of the firm and has a portfolio spanning across various industry verticals.
He has vast knowledge and experience in handling complex tax and regulatory matters. He also has cordial relationships with the tax authorities which results in faster resolution of tax disputes and controversies.
Sanjeev has helped clients on tax position reviews and strategy recommendations to contain tax obligation, mitigate tax risk and ensure overall effective tax compliance.
His clientele ranges from listed clients, public and private companies, individuals, banks, HNIs, lawyers, professional firms etc
Saurabh Chadha
Qualifications : B.Com, FCA , P.G.D Cyber Laws, CPA (Ireland), FAFD (ICAI)
Saurabh Chadha, was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in the year 2011. He has an experience of over 12 years in areas such as Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, FEMA matters, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Accounting, Company law and GST.
Prior to Joining the firm, he was working with KPMG (one of the big four consultancy firm).
He has worked on various audit assignments, taxation consultancy , management consultancy, due diligence etc in the past.
He has experience on assignments relating to restructuring of existing business models from a tax and regulatory perspective.
Saurabh has also worked on assignments for direct tax advisory, compliance work for corporate and expatriates. He has also experience for incorporation of entities outside India. He has advised various MNCs, Public Sector Undertakings, listed companies etc.
Mansi Chadha
Qualifications :B.Com (H) , FCA, FAFD (ICAI)
Mansi Chadha was enrolled as a member of ICAI in the year 2017. She has been conducting Statutory and Tax Audits, Internal Audits, GST Audits of large and medium scale companies.
Prior to joining the firm, she was working with KPMG (one of the big four consultancy firm ) in the field of audit and assurance.
